Our client is a leading global provider of product life cycle management (PLM) and manufacturing operations management software. The company plans to create a new office and department responsible for supporting PLM applications- lots of new challenges, trainings and growth possibilities!
At the position you will be responsible for handling various production issues related to provided application and connected DB. Your responsibilities will include managing ticket priority, everyday contact with clients to understand their needs, clarify situation, gather additional requirements.
You will be also responsible for building effective long-term relation with customers with the aim of being seen as a trusted support personnel to customers and colleagues.
To be successful in this role you need to have fluent English (at least B2). We are looking for person with hands on approach when handling issues with Oracle DB, knowledge about DB queries and performance aspect, it would be great if you could provide some ITIL certifications. Previous experience within PLM field would be greatly appreciated.
