While I'm not sure about members money making This RS gold is a bit of freeplay stuff. Kill Hill Giants in the Edgeville resource dungeon. Grab the bones and the limpwurt root. ~250k gp/hr last Summer. Take through the mud of keys to the Lava Maze and only take the valuable stuff (you shouldn't consume anchovy pizzas). This is the most lucrative F2P money-making opportunity. If you're lucky enough, the payout could be as high as 400k/hr. But, muddy keys may take some time to purchase.
Mine adamant ore. This is my favorite method of travel. Wear full batwing, shield, and food will not be required. Hop worlds. The PKers here are so rare that you don't need to think about it. If you'd like to extend your trips, you can superheat coal mines. However, I am not sure if this will be more effective. 70 mining required, 70 smithing if superheating. 200-300k gp/hr.
Take on larger demons in the Forinthry Dungeon, use rune Arrows. 100kgp/hr and the best range of xp for freeplayers I've seen. Multicombat is an excellent way to speed up your time and avoid waiting until you kill the next demon. I'm assuming that air runes average around 200k/hr for the 66 runecraft. Of course, the higher the runecraft the higher, the better. However, I haven't done this in a while.
Mining rune. Because they drastically reduced the number of realms that can be f2p, I haven’t done this in many years. I mined rune about a month ago at the lava maze occasionally jumping to F2P worlds and about half the worlds with pkers sitting there. This is a bit of hassle too, since there's no kbd lab, so you're left with three options: kill them (doable at the beginning of your quest) or die, or going all the way up to 20 wilderness. There's plenty of competition in the mining guild resource dungeons. But, it could be more fun than wilderness. I am sure I forgot some. I published a lengthy listing somewhere last June.
