Since I no longer play Runescape I thought I'd write my thoughts on the majority of RuneScape gold players and the way they view Jagex. I have been playing for about 4-5 years on and off now, and I have seen every up and down that has happened to the game. I've witnessed how people have changed and what they've become.
Jagex being blamed for the death of a player is always a source of irritation for my. When someone dies, they are upset with Jagex for making the game too hard, if a quest is too hard for a particular player, then it's the fault of Jagex, they have lost money merching...well guess what? I find it very sad that players are always prepared to slam Jagex when things go wrong.
It is also possible to anticipate updates with an insane expectations. People will be angry and scream if they don’t receive an update. If the update isn't beneficial to them or their abilities, they will be angry. They'll rant about any update that is or is made about other people. Is it possible to be patient and wait for the update you'd like to receive?
What is the point of being so critical about an update? Some complain that it's too complicated. If it's simple and simple, they complain. They don't think twice about the person at opposite side of the spectrum. Keep updating, people don't like change if they are so used to changing that they don't even notice it. However, give it time. You'll love it within one month.
And then, for the customer service, they have possibly one of the top customer support services in the world. You can contact them anytime, and you can call them at 3am uk, and they will get back to you within less than three minutes. The only thing that is missing is the report abuse system, but people round them up in a single group and buy runescape 3 gold blame them all.
