Responsibilites

  • Utilizing, maintaining and developing our internal virtual environment to simulate/reproduce customer reported incidents, POC, Pilot, Demo
  • Knowledge content creation and sharing through research, testing or troubleshooting customer reported incidents, POC, Pilot, Demo
  • Delivering onsite/remote training, Pre/Post sales activities and incident investigation for European subsidiaries, partners as well as Customers, producing executive-level summaries
  • Collaborating with the R&D team for deep issue investigation and knowledge transfer
  • Providing feedback and insight to B2B internal team for further development of the service
  • Keep himself/herself updated with current IT/Mobile technologies attending internal/external Workshops, 3rd parties Certification courses and self-study, maintaining a consistent level of knowledge
  • Assessing, training and monitoring the performance of new team members hired for expanding the services

Requirements

  • Enterprise level experience working with server, networking, storage, cabling and  configuration
  • Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange mail systems administrations and troubleshooting 
  • Advanced Experience of network services administration (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Firewall and Router)
  • Mobile OS / MDM knowledge and log analysis (Android, iOS, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile) 
  • Demonstrated strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Exposure and understanding of virtualization, database and data centre administration and management 
  • Ability to work independently or in teams and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Fluent in English and another European Language

Being a plus

  • Technical certifications such as MCP, MCSE, MCITP or CCNA required 
  • Experience working on Severity 1 issues
  • Past experience working either with or in Fortune 500 companies 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or relevant area of study preferred
  • Experience with Linux (preferred but not essential)
